COOK IT: a kick in the pan....

i love to cook.

however, this year's diestel turkey is going to be no muss, no fuss.

after brining the bird, i plan to rub it with this no-salt southwestern spice made from mellow ancho chiles, aromatic Mexican oregano, cilantro, cumin, cocoa powder, and garlic.

it's going to be a kick in the pan...
