mint + pineapple sage are running rampant in my herb garden. i had to do something about it....my new "go to" drink: fruity iced tea. it's a delicious treat, especially in summer's sweltering heat. here's how to make it:
1. brew then chill a batch tazo's "passion" tea
2. pour in a tall glass over ice (pints work great!).
3. toss a few fresh raspberries (support your local growers. these are from cleveland's north union farmers market).
4. garnish with herb of choice (i chose pineapple sage for its light tropical notes).
5. relish your sip.
now that's some fragrant + fruity tea.
