lucky lady

i love my vintage vera scarves. like all good art, they are inspiring. 

since 1947, the artist simply known as "vera" (decades before "prince" and "madonna") has boldly + brilliantly + colorfully designed everything from accessories to home furnishings to apparel. 

of course, i'm a sucker for her fun ladybug trademark. chosen by vera herself to bring good luck, long life and happiness, i sure could use some of those vibes right now. 

vera is one lucky (+ super talented) lady!
