GIVE IT: "ready, set, BOLT!"

today my little family is going to race in the "5th Annual OutRun Ovarian Cancer (OROC) 5K Race." it's 7:00 am, far too early to run...am hoping some joe will jolt me awake. right now, i can barely tie my shoes....but i'm determined.
