COOK IT: fleur de "sell"

yesterday's post is still making me hunger for the south of france. while there, i purchased "le saunier de camargue's fleur de sel." when down to my very last salt crystal, i stumbled upon the brand at whole foods. i promptly scooped it up!

you can also find it sold online at saltworks. it's delicious sprinkled over salads and veggies of all kinds as it delicately enhances flavor. just make sure to add it right before serving as it's not for cooking.
